Area Sales Manager - Automotive (4-6 yrs)
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion within the automobile, EV, and battery sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize sales strategies.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to support sales activities and initiatives.
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet clients, attend conferences, and participate in industry events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar role in the automobile, EV, or battery industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of automobile, EV, and battery products and markets.
