Area Sales Manager - Automobile Industry (12-17 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- The Area Head will be responsible for leading the B2B sales arm for CPD (PPF, WF) segment in Zone.
- Direct sales experience from Passenger Car/New Car accessories industry background
- The product line which he will be dealing with is Car Window Films & PPF (Paint Protection Films)
- This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience and a deep understanding of the automotive and WF industry.
- He will play a pivotal role in generating leads, converting leads into sales, setting targets, achieving sales targets, supporting dealerships sales team for closing deals & training, strengthening existing relations, building new connections, and driving both volume and value generation in Zone.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the market, with a primary focus on OEMs and large Dealership Group chains, Window Films in his Zone.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, and key decision-makers in the automotive industry of Zone.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and generating leads within the OEM and dealership channels.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
Educational, Experience & Skill-Sets Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, MBA Marketing (Preferred)
- A minimum of 12-17 years of work experience in the automobile industry, with a focus on B2B and B2C sales.
- Strong knowledge of the segment, including understanding of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Travel as required to meet clients, attend industry events, and visit project sites.
