Job Description :
- 4-7 yrs of experience in the Automobiles Industry(Two Wheeler/Four Wheelers)
- Should have experience in Dealership Management
- Responsible for the overall business relationship between Dealers and the company, you shall be reporting to the management.
- Should be Team Player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sense of Accountability and a Multitasking Person managing and providing solutions at various levels of the organization
- Ability to understand Finance, Profit and Loss, and Accounting basics.
- Sense of Ownership and pride in Performance and its impact on company success
- Critical Thinker and Problem Solving Skills
Responsibilities :
- Achieve monthly cashflow & sales targets through channel partners
- Supervise, Monitor, Train, and efficiently delegate tasks to sales executives in designated areas.
- Comfortable and willing to work in a challenging atmosphere with a rapidly growing business.
- Capable to deliver under stringent timelines and as per a high level of management expectations
- Plan, implement and oversee channel development strategy
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Manage business by monitoring each dealership in terms of viability and profitability
- Continuously work on the identification of new opportunities
- Search for prospective dealers for area coverage
- Closely working with marketing teams for sales and marketing campaigns across dealerships
- Ensuring statutory compliance of dealerships
- Monitor customer service and satisfaction levels
- Collaborate with financiers for advance/ inventory funding
- Reporting on dealer performance, market information, sales forecasting, competitive scenario analysis, and team productivity
- Co-ordinating for field-based information to support market research activities
- Ensure proper implementation of the company operating and branding standard mandates at the dealer level
