Area Sales Manager - Auto/Vehicle (6-12 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth in the assigned region.
- Manage and expand relationships with key dealers and distributors to ensure market penetration and revenue generation.
- Oversee and support the sales team, providing guidance and training to achieve sales objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities.

Requirements :
- 6 to 12 years of experience in sales management within the two-wheeler industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
