Area Sales Manager - Auto Parts (5-12 yrs)
Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance market presence in the designated area.
Team Management : Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and achieve sales objectives. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and emerging trends in the EV, tyre, and battery sectors. Analyze competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors. Act as a primary point of contact for major clients and resolve any issues they may encounter.
Sales Reporting : Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, outlining performance metrics, market insights, and growth opportunities.
Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Sales Forecasting : Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets, and monitor performance against these targets to make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:
