Area Sales Manager - Apparel (5-15 yrs)
- ASM shall be handling 10 - 15 Stores with a Turnover of ( Mention the Amount )
- Design, plan and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
- Set comprehensive goals for business growth and success
- Manage the entire P&L for the company, leading both Sales and Operating teams
- Be a frontline Sales Leader enabling business growth and scaling sales teams to generate revenues
- Managing DSO/Collections
- Play an integral Role in the area of Retail Operations
- Successfully Handle Store Operation in ( Mention the Location )
- Possess Strong Entrepreneurial abilities to establish best practice in industry and deliver planned P&L
- Pursue Growth in this business through existing and new stores with help of regional teams
- Need to Perform multi- discipline responsibility that requires to work both with Franchisee and Company own Sores in areas of implementation of Sales Strategy ( Franchise Development )
- Sourcing and Finalizing new location for Stores According to Company Compliance and Policies
- Serving as a link between Store and Central Dispatch Unit ( Warehouse )
- Identifying Proper POS and Branding
- Responsible for strict monitoring and generating Stock reports, Audit Reports and Sales Reports
- Meeting the Retail Business targets as per given plan.
- Evaluation on the basis of KPI
- To Supervise, motivate and develop store staff
- To Coach Store managers by training and Following norms .
- Recruiting and training Sales Staff
- Allocating Areas to Sales Representatives.
- Developing Sales Strategies and setting targets.
- Monitoring your team's Performance and motivating them to reach targets
