- Leading the Team reporting to him
- Responsible for Sales, GC. Collection and debtors
- Channel Management, Market expansion, Sales forecasting and inventory management, Market plan for key products, tracking of pipeline stock liquidation & receivable management
- Govt. liaison & co-ordination of Legal cases being responsible person for the area, Look after Govt. scheme, University Agri. dept. Liasoning and administrative skills
- Responsible for marketing & sales promotion activities, Selection of TFAs, CPs, Retailers in coordination with SOs
- Enhance the Reach, Penetration and market share in the operative locations, Training to SOs / TFA / Farmers / Channel Partner / Shop Salesmen, etc.
- Maintain and Increase business in ASO
- Taking price disciplinary actions & minimizing the infiltration
- Develop an extensive trial program for all crops.
- Market discipline & increase market share
- Minimize sales return by ensuring proper liquidation & inventory management and forecasting inventory mgmt.
- Achievement of the annual/monthly sales budgets by implementing the sales growth strategies
- Managing distribution channels management and bringing high customer focus in all activities in the assigned Regional Geographies
