1 Knowledge - Wide distribution/ Expansion/ Knowledge of distribution, Overall he should have all knowledge
2 Skill - IT skill should be excellent, he should have knowledge of Pivort table, IT currently working in SFA(Sales for Automation), App Based work
3 Area - He should have knowledge of his respective region
4 Team Size - 15 - 20 teams
5 Outlates - He should coverage 07 to 10 thousand outlates
6 Business - minimum 50 lac
7 Reporting - RSM or ZSM
8 Work Experience - 8-10 Years, He should be stable In his previous companies at list 5 years
9 Package - 6 to 7.5 Lac
