Area Sales Manager - Agri (5-10 yrs)
- Effectively handle fieldwork in the entire area to identify new market opportunities.
- Scrutinize and appoint competent business associates
- To achieve assigned region business objective/Target (sales, collection, and growth) through the team of Veterinary Sales Officers
- To conduct business development orientation program and impart regular training to the team members of the area.
- To monitor the Sales and Inventory of every H.Q. on monthly basis.
- To observe effectively the Customers Coverage by the Sales Team every month.
- To observe the strategy implementation by the field force.
- Sales forecasting
- Proper identification of sales prospects and redistribution.
- Review of Sales Team member's activities & business.
- Develop healthily business relations with business partners. The hiring of Veterinary Officers in coordination with Sales leadership / Corporate HR
- To support and ensure the achievement of organizational objective in terms of area revenue generation and customer service
- To improve the competence of team member in their present job by providing them with the job training
