Area Sales Manager - Agri (2-4 yrs)
Responsible for Area: Kerala
Role Definition: Area Sales manager is the one who is responsible for an accurate forecasting, Targets and achieving the same. Dealers/Franchisee development.
Responsibility Deliverable:
- Responsibility of Area Sales Achievement
- Responsibility of Area Service & Service Revenue Generation
- Dealer/Franchise Relationship Management
Tasks & Activities:
- Forecasting Territory wise Sales Targets based on the overall growth plan of the Company
- Ensure constant follow up with the Department/Dealer/Franchise and achieve targeted Sales
- Conduct Campaigns, Demonstrations & participation in Fairs, Exhibitions or other gatherings of high potential customer presence
- To monitor the Service activity of the area through the Franchisee/Dealer network
- Tracking status of Sales Executive below him/her at various stage and to push them for achieving goal.
- General responsibility includes establishment and maintenance of a Cordial and professional relationship with all Franchisees, Dealers, Department and other business associates
- Conduct market survey and analyze the current possession of RIPL, prepare action plan to expand network without conflicts.
- Motivate Franchisee/ Dealer for achievement of higher Sales
- Regular monitoring of Non Performing Dealers/ Franchisees and take necessary corrective action & align them to achieve their aspirations through RIPL goals.
- Building and establishing retail network after conducting thorough assessment Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable dealers/channel partners/depots, resulting in deeper market penetration.
- Market research and formulate new strategy to give the company a competitive edge using tools like analysis of market potential, breadth and depth study etc.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Qualification to degree/MBA level;
- 2-4 years- sales management experience;
- Thorough knowledge and experience of marketing and sales;
- Thorough knowledge of company products;
- Excellent sales and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent planning and organizing skills;
- Impressive record of achieving targets.
