Job Title : Area Manager - Agency Vertical

Job Summary :

- The Area Manager - Agency Vertical is responsible for overseeing the performance and growth of the agency channel in a specific geographic area.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of agency managers and agents to meet sales targets and corporate objectives.

- Create and implement sales strategies to achieve growth in the agency channel.

- Data on sales performance should be monitored and analyzed to find patterns and areas for improvement.

- Coach and mentor agency management and agents to help them perform better.

- Work with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that sales strategies and objectives are aligned.

- Maintain and build relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the area.

- To stay ahead of the competition, keep an eye on competitor activity and market trends.

- Manage the region's budgets and expenses.

- Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- A minimum of 3 years of field sales management experience.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and generating corporate growth.

- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to travel locally.

CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + On roll
