Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Agency Insurance

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Sales Manager to oversee and manage our agency insurance sales team in a specific geographical area. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and coaching the sales team, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- To hit sales goals, oversee and direct a group of agency sales representatives.

- Create and implement sales strategy to expand the agency's market share.

- Establish and uphold connections with stakeholders and agency partners.

- To spot new opportunities and maintain an edge over the competition, track and evaluate market trends and rival activity.

- Assure adherence to business rules and policies.

- The sales team will be trained and coached to enhance their abilities.

- To ensure seamless delivery of goods and services to clients, work with other departments like marketing and underwriting.

- Create sales reports and offer senior management with ongoing updates.

- To get the best results, manage resources and money wisely.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field Sales or BFSI.

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and fostering growth.

- Superior ability to manage a team and act as a leader.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

- Capacity for data analysis and decision-making.

- Strong time-management and organising skills.

CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other benefits
