Job Description :
- To achieve the sales targets for the region / area through trade channels and build the distribution network for sustained growth.
- Study the region / area being handled and identify potential distributors to enhance the sales network.
- Appoint distributors in consultation with the Head Trade Channels and manage the relationship for long-term partnership.
- Plan and drive the sales across trade channels in the region to achieve set targets in terms of volumes and turnover
- Follow up with distributors on collections and ensure that the credit control norms are met
