Manage a team of insurance agents to sell life insurance policies in a specific area.
Responsibilities:
- Hire and train insurance agents.
- Set sales goals and help agents meet them.
- Grow the number of insurance agents in the area.
- Make sure agents follow company rules.
Requirements:
- Good at leading and motivating people.
- Knows the life insurance business.
- Strong sales skills.
- Willing to travel to meet agents and customers.
- Age: 21 to 38
- Experience: Min 2 + years of experience in sales & Marketing (BFSI & insurance)
