Job Location : Ahmedabad/Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities :
We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our dynamic sales team. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing key client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales process, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mind-set, and a proven track record in sales.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and expand market share.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead the sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales cycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to drive customer success and maximize sales opportunities.
- Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to management, highlighting key insights and recommending actions for business improvement.
- Mentor and train junior sales team members, providing guidance, support, and knowledge transfer to enhance their sales skills and performance.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and promote its products/services.
- Continuously enhance your sales expertise through professional development, attending workshops, and staying updated on sales techniques and best practices.
Qualifications :
- Candidate must have 1-5 years' experience in selling in Gujarat/MMR region, preferably female candidate
- Engineering Degree (preferred) or Diploma and preferably in Electronics, Instrumentation E &TC, Electrical, Computers
- Masters' degree in MBA Marketing from reputed college
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B sales environment.
- Extensive experience in managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and close deals.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mind-set.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
