Area Sales Incharge - Trade Marketing - DTH (2-5 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities:
- 3P Manpower
- Planning of 3P force (INSHOP DEMONSTRATOR, Merchandiser) & adherence to budgets.
- Ensuring 3P productivity through day to day interactions with 3P sales force & Sales teams.
- Training & development of 3P manpower (INSHOP DEMONSTRATOR).
- Formulating monthly INSHOP DEMONSTRATOR sales Incentive schemes.
- 3P vendor coordination for bill submission. Recruitment & replacement of manpower.
- Periodic visit to INSHOP DEMONSTRATOR stores for specific monitoring & market feedbacks.
Visibility: Branding/Print works:
- Ensuring better visibility of brand at local level.
- Benchmarking competition in regard to visibility of brand.
- Planning of out-store & in-store branding in designated territory with feedbacks and inputs from ASM's & ASI's.
- Execution of work within allocated budget/rates.
- Developing vendors for quality output, timely execution.
- Coordination with Vendor for bill submission & quality of work execution.
- Ensuring print work as per creatives shared by corporate.
Market Visit & Feedbacks:
- Periodic visits to INSHOP DEMONSTRATOR & key dealers across territories.
- Sharing market feedbacks to concerned Circle Team.
Vendor Management & Others:
- Vendor appointment & management.
- Making Trade promotions circulars as per team discussions.
- Making of Monthly Activity planner and Trade Circulars
Misc-
- Monthly Reports on Trade Marketing spends.
