Area Sales Incharge - Direct Sales - DTH Brand (3-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- Executing direct sales strategies to maximize revenues from sales to customers in the zone and associated branch.
- Expansion of customer base through promotional activities (such as demos and in-campus/in-company presentations).
- Managing the budget to target and acquire the customers.
- Achieve sales target.
- Monitor sales performance (incl. key order conversions, open calls status) on an ongoing basis towards achievement of targets by FOS.
- Ensure pipeline buildup with "farming" existing accounts, potential conversions and new prospects.
- Channel Development and Infrastructure and Process Compliance.
- Channel Management (DSA / FOS / Dealer ) to improve productivity and sales capabilities.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Must have excellent communication skills.
2. Must be proficient in Local Language.
3. Must have experience into handling DSA/DST/Channel Partners.
