Area Sales Head - Life Insurance (7-12 yrs)
We are looking for a highly motivated Leader as an Area Sales Head in the Agency Business Partner Channel Department for India's Leading Insurance Company.
Job Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the branch team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets for life insurance products.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to enhance market penetration and maximize revenue.
- Recruit, train, and mentor on-roll Sales Managers and agents to ensure a high-performing sales team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Oversee the resolution of customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Ensure the branch operates efficiently and adheres to company policies and insurance regulations.
- Prepare and manage the branch budget, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on branch performance, sales activities, and market trends to senior management.
Experience and Qualification :
- Experience : 7 to 12 Years in Similar domain of experience in Life Insurance - Agency Channel with 2 to 4 Years in Team Management and Team Leadership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
- A deep understanding of life insurance products, sales processes, and customer needs.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with different stakeholders.
