Area Sales Head - Institutional Sales - Gynaec & Pediatric Division - Pharma (7-12 yrs)
We are sourcing for "Area Sales Manager - Institutional Sales" with an MNC. Please go through with the following below details;
Position - Area Sales Manager - Institutional Sales
Location - Kolkata
Area to be Managed - West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha and Sikkim
Business Channel Partners - Hospitals, Nursing homes and Pharmacies
Gender Preference - Female
Education/Qualification: MBA
Experience: min 7 years of experience in Sales with 2 years of experience as Manager. Candidate should have an extensive experience in Pharma sales especially in Gynaec and Pediatric division.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Will be managing a team of 8-9 Sales Officers placed across the above mentioned areas. She will be required to foster alliance with the stakeholders at hospitals/Nursing homes for the placement and promotion of the company's products in their premises. She also will be responsible for relationship management with the Distributors and the channel partners to ensure smooth transition of the products to the point of sales.
- She will be responsible to drive promotional schemes/events to increase the brand value and market share of our products. She should be able to gauge competitors move and trends and formulate her counter business strategies.
