- Preparation, implementation and review of sales plan
- Continuous monitoring & Assessment the work of Sales Supervisor and Territory Manager
- Taking care of promotional activities for Brand Awareness & Visibility
- Distributor Management
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Should be around 28-35 years of age with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in FMCG sector/Food Industry will be preferred
- Proven track record of building businesses
- Strong process & systems orientation
- Experience of Mass Market Coverage
