Hiring for leading FMCG Brand in India for Staple segment
Position - Area Sales Executive (Staple)
Experience - Min 3 years in Staples
CTC - Upto 8 LPA
Location - Nizamabad, Mangaluru/Mangalore, Ahmedabad, Ahmednagar, Nasik/Nashik, Kolhapur, Goa, Amritsar
Working Days - 6 Days working, (Only work from office)
Notice Period - Max 30 days

Key Accountabilities :
- Must have worked in the given territory for atleast 1+ years.
- Must be currently at an ASE, TSI , TSO, SO level and not below.
- Should have worked on at least 2 or more categories - Oil, Rice, Flours, Sugar, Masalas, Dry Fruits, Spices.
- Should have extensive knowledge of wholesale and Mandi operations + APMC guidelines.
- Having worked with a strong Regional player could be desirable.

Qualifications and Previous Experience
- Lower Rung B-Schools: Post-Graduation in Marketing with 5+ Years of Experience in FMCG industry
- Graduate with 8+ Years of Experience
- Minimum of Two FMCG Organization Experience
- Is a TSI in the current organization or has been a TSI in Current Minus One organization/role in the geography applied for
- Minimum of 1 Role in the Category applied for.
- Maximum age capping of 32 years ( Exceptions can be made in case candidate demonstrates required agility)
- Working Knowledge on MS Office , Reporting Tools
