Job description :

Area Sales Executive (Professional Relations)

- The Area Executive (Professional Relations) leads a team of Professional Relations Incharge within an assigned territory to achieve and exceed value and volume sales and 3D (Detailing, Distribution and Display) objectives for all the ethically promoted healthcare brands of RB. The role achieves its deliverables by:

1. Setting up and managing an efficient, well trained and effective team of Professional Relations Incharge.

2. Ensuring adherence to KPIs, processes and reporting systems by the team and

3. Feedback to Area Manager (PR) on response to campaigns and seek support for business enhancement.

Qualification/Experience :

- B.Sc. Pharmacy or any bio-science stream.

- 6-10 Years of overall Pharma Detailing Experience in Tamil Nadu

- Should have handled 4-5 Medical Reps/Relationship Executives

- Strong Sales and Doctor detailing understanding

- Strong scientific knowledge encompassing human anatomy, common disease profiles and basic medicinal treatments

- Proficient with basic computer applications

- Good knowledge of pharmacies and Doctor population in Tamil Nadu

- This role will be on company rolls
