Area Sales Executive/Manager - Paint (10-20 yrs)
Job Description :
Major responsibilities of this profile would be :
1. The candidate should have the ability to manage Sales Team around 5 to 7 Sales Executives.
2. Will be independently managing a geographical area comprising of Dealers and Industrial customers.
3. This profile would be reporting to the Zonal Manager.
4. This profile is expected to generate orders, undertake collection of dues, undertake sales promotion work through Architect Visits, Painter Workshops etc.
5. The profile would also be responsible for identifying new dealers and industries in his area of operation.
6. The profile will be responsible for Inventory Control and manage C&F Agency.
7. He has to analyze customer needs and suggest paint systems.
8. Young, Energetic professional with an aptitude for selling..
9. The profile would be taking care of whole South Kerala.
Desired Candidature :
1. Candidate should be having minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
2. Young, Energetic professional with an aptitude for selling.
3. Good communication skills.
4. Age should be below 42 years.
5. Candidates with prior experience in Paint, Adhesive, Sanitary ware and Construction Industry would be preferred.
6. Knowledge of English and the local language is mandatory.
