- Deliver the Revenue objectives for Yale Retail business as per plan in the assigned territory.

- Review performance of existing distribution channel and proactively highlight gaps to the manager.

- Ensure identification of new channel partners as per company criteria to expand reach and counter presence.

- Build and manage the demand generation for all product categories through planned activations in the retail market.

- Identify key influencers like carpenters and local contractors/architects/builders and ensure regular & structured engagement like product trainings, meets etc. as part of business development responsibility.

- Support in working capital management by ensuring timely collection of outstanding.

- Formulating promotional activities as a part of brand building.

- Organize structured training & development sessions to ensure product knowledge to all stakeholders of channel partners.

- Increase secondary sales by ensuring counter presence, territory reach, and visibility of our products where end customers visit frequently.

- Conduct continuous market analysis and support Zonal Manager for forecasts and budgeting.
