Area Sales Executive - Insurance (4-7 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- The ongoing training of your salespeople.
- Find new business opportunities by your agents Handle your Agents / Advisories team Give them task to sales & motivate them
- Report at your branch daily
- Recruit commission based financial Consultant
- Achieve intensives on sales target Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Education:: Graduation With Minimum 2nd Division, Full time
Experince : 4+ years in on roll with team handling profile (No third party pay roll)
Stability : 2+ years stability in last company
