Area Sales Executive - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive direct sales of corporate insurance products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the corporate sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews with the sales team.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to enhance the team's sales skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales campaigns and promotional materials.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure the sales process adheres to company policies and industry regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Manage the sales budget and ensure cost-effective strategies are employed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Any field.
- Minimum 1to5 years of experience in fields sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate insurance products and services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
