Role Objective :
The job role involves developing and managing business in the HORECA segment, focusing on sales, key account management, team leadership, and new product introductions.
Job Description :
- Manage relationships with distributors to optimize primary and secondary sales.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and provide support for day-to-day HORECA Hotels sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with F&B Managers to drive sales in the HORECA channel.
- Provide excellent client servicing to distributors and key accounts.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with the sales team on planning and forecasting to set achievable sales targets.
- Activate and drive sales through local marketplaces and online channels.
Required Skillset :
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role from FMCG or F&B industry.
- Strong understanding of primary and secondary sales processes and distributor management.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with distributors, retailers, and F&B professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in sales planning, forecasting, and reporting.
- Familiarity with local marketplace activation and online sales channels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
- Must have a two - wheeler.
