Area Sales Executive - FMCG (7-8 yrs)
Responsibility :
- Meeting the primary and secondary Sales targets of five territories.
- Setting up objectives, beat plan formulation and PJP for frontline sales force.
- Designing and executing monthly trade schemes, pricing fixation planning across the product categories.
- Taking care of new product launches by supported trade promotional schemes.
- Recruiting and training of sales force.
- Monitoring back end process work like claim settlements, sales force expenses, etc.
- Imparting on the job training to subordinates like customer handling, product information, trade scheme communication.
- Customer query handling and closing with in the time line to provide a better service to channel partners.
- Identifying the distribution gaps and opening new markets/customers to increase the business opportunity and also to balance the distribution network.
Additional Requirement :
- Good exposure to distribution, distributors and Retailers.
- Ability to relate with People and communicate clearly
- Good Communication skills
- organizational and planning skills
- Required strong experience in sales.
- Sales Executive and Area Sales Executive are preferable.
