Area Sales Executive - FMCG (5-8 yrs)
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Executive to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the FMCG and Consumer Durable industries. This role is crucial in driving sales, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned area.
Territory Development: Identify and exploit new business opportunities in the market to expand sales coverage.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Channel Sales: Manage and optimize sales channels, including distributors and retailers, to maximize sales performance.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market insights.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Product Promotion: Execute promotional activities and campaigns to boost product visibility and sales.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Client Management: Strong skills in managing and nurturing client relationships.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG and Consumer Durable industries.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the FMCG and Consumer Durable markets.
