Area Sales Executive - FMCG (5-8 yrs)
- Hiring for leading FMCG brand in FMCG Category and big market player in multiple industries.
Position : Area Sales Executive
Experience : Minimum 4 years experience in FMCG
CTC : Upto 8 LPA (Max 30% Hike on last)
Location : PAN India
Working Days : 6 Days working, (Only work from office)
Notice Period : Max 30 days
Key Accountabilities :
- Super Stockist & Distributor Appointment and Effective Management
- Follow & processes that support the distributors in realizing their interests (ROI/ Claim Settlement)
- Manage & Guide team of CSOs/ Senior CSO to deliver desired results
Sales Planning :
- Width Beat Plans, New Merchant Opening, Sub-Dealer Appointment / Milk Run Routes
- Depth Top Merchant Management, Loyalty Programs, QPDS
- Market Execution : Implementation of Schemes & Trade Marketing plans in the geography assigned
- Manage Urban or Semi-Urban or Rural Markets
- Report Competition Activities in category handled and geography performance to Area Sales
- Manager on monthly basis

Qualifications and Previous Experience :
- Lower Rung B-Schools : Post-Graduation in Marketing with 5+ Years of Experience in FMCG industry
- Graduate with 8+ Years of Experience
- Minimum of Two FMCG Organization Experience
- Is a TSI in the current organization or has been a TSI in Current Minus One organization/role in the geography applied for
- Minimum of 1 Role in the Category applied for.
- Maximum age capping of 32 years ( Exceptions can be made in case candidate demonstrates
required agility)
- Working Knowledge on MS Office , Reporting Tools
