Position - Area Sales Executive & Area Sales Manager
Experience - ASM - 3+ yrs , ASM - 4+ years & SM - 7+ yrs
CTC - Upto 25 LPA - ASM) & 8 LPA - ASE & SM - Upto 40LPA
Location - ASE - Udupi, Hubli & ASM - Tirupati & SM - Delhi
Working Days - 6 Days working, (Only work from office)
Notice Period - Max 60 days
Area Sales Manager - Beverage
Role Description and responsibilities :
Purpose of role :
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for primary and secondary target achievement of the assigned territory. Handle General Trade & Modern Trade for Beverages categories. Adept at identifying and developing key clients for business excellence and accomplishment of targets.
Responsibilities
- Primary and secondary target achievement of the area
- Monthly Sales planning and forecasting, taking into account the shelf life
- Channel Management
- Cost Management
- Month wise business forecasting, bench marking the previous year
- Data & aligning with the Annual Operating Plan
- Competition tracking & making proactive plans to counter the new entrants
- Allocate manpower in different areas depending upon the individual capabilities
- Mentor, motivate and guide team members ensuring sales - business generation and achieving -budgeted figures, and activity ratio on monthly basis
- Training subordinates to develop requisite skills; conducting trainings on products, selling skills, lead prospecting and closing skills
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Must have a minimum experience of 8 to 15 years
- Team management
- Must have experience in the beverages segment like - Coffee, shakes, Cold drinks, Health drinks, energy drinks, Juice ,Mineral water, etc
- Must work on distribution or channel sales network
- Age limit -42
- Must be working or working on the (Given Locations ) (Having worked with a strong Regional player could be desirable.)
