Roles & Responsibility :
- Would build the market for us including team management of WOW field champions.
- Drive primary and secondary sales through offline GT channel
- Build partners of GT channel such as stockists, distributors, etc.
Educational/ Experience requirements :
- Should have execution abilities & high negotiation skills.
- Candidate should have Bangalore city and upmarket geography as experience.
- Preferred to hire someone who has personal care category experience.
- Proven team management skills.
- Candidate with 2-5 years of experience who is open to travel.
