Area Sales Executive - FMCG (1-6 yrs)
- Responsible for the sales performance of the Modern Trade Channel and for driving primary and secondary sales.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base
- Planning, implementing the annual drive-plan for the whole territory
- Driving, tracking, managing and reporting Primary and Secondary sales in the territory
- Owning responsibility for all promotional activities in the territory
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- FMCG Channel Management :
- Managing distributors and dealers, right from their appointment to their ongoing coordination, business relationship and sales performance
- Developing strong analytical, tactical and organizational skills for channel partners
- Monitoring competitor activities and devising effective counter measures
- Conceptualizing and implementing incentive schemes and maximizing their impact
- Establishing comprehensive geographic coverage for the territory
- Creating new potential retailer points for the company
- Ensuring best in class in-store execution and compliance
