Area Sales Executive & Field Sales Officer - FMCG/Food (3-6 yrs)
We are hiring Area Sales Executive for South Mumbai and Sales Officers for Central/Navi Mumbai/ Thane & Bandra locations

Key Job Responsibilities :
- Sales & Distribution in charge for company's products for the assigned area.
- Sell companies- products by establishing contacts, leveraging on existing contact and developing relationships with prospects
- Identifying distributors and other business opportunities in designated area and advising the ASM, RSM, H.O. Help creating a distribution network
- Managing sales to the distributor and achieving sales targets.
- Ensuring collections 80% - 100% from the distributor as per the agreed terms
- Managing distributor's invoicing sales, dispatch and collections through the distributors team sales.
- Monitoring distributors inventory both in terms of SKU's and age of inventory.
- Merchandising & display of companies- products
- Generating and analyzing periodic reports and providing data to ASM, RM, H.O
- Report on competition and market activities
- Implementing sales promotions & marketing initiatives - effectively and efficiently

- Increase market penetration as per plan
- Ensuring collections and managing books of accounts
