Job Summary :

The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, and expanding market share within the assigned region. This role involves developing strategies, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong relationships with key distributors and customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.

- Manage and motivate the sales team.

- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.

- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.

- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and pricing structures.

- Prepare sales reports and present to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Any Graduation Degree will work in Business, Marketing, or related field

- 2+ years of sales experience,

- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
