Reporting to: National Sales Head

CTC: 1.8 Lac to 3.60 Lac + TA + DA + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

1. To meet the top Cardiac surgeons / Neuro surgeons / Orthopaedic surgeons etc., all over India


2. To ensure the DSR is emailed daily after completion of day's work, to message the next day- s work in advance, to make the next months planner on the last day of the month & get it ratified with the superior. To give the required documents at the end of the month for the salary to be processed (like DSR, target achieved report etc).

3. You will be on an app which tracks their activities for the day.

4. To take part effectively in the conferences / seminars.

5. To keep the expenses under control and ensure the expenses are in proportion to the target.

6. To ensure that your region has a minimum of 5 dealers. To manage and control the dealers in the region and see that they perform effectively.

7. To extend the necessary support to other regions and to head office as and when required.

8. The service issues of the regions are to be managed.

9. To meet and establish contacts with the hospitals and contact details to be provided.

10. To ensure that all payments are collected in time.

11. To achieve month wise, product wise, area wise target.

Job Requirements:

1. Good communication in English & Hindi (other languages are added advantage).

2. Presentation skills, quick learner, Energy Level, Negotiation skills, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales, Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations, willing to learn new things.

3. Territory knowledge.

4. Should have at-least appointed distributors or dealers in the previous company.

5. Willing to travel 15 - 20 days across India based on requirement.
