Area Sales Executive (3-6 yrs)
Job Description:
- Achievement of Primary and Secondary targets of the assigned territory
- Set individual monthly, quarterly, and yearly target for each ASE/ISR and Distributor
- Implementation of all RTM programs in the area.
- Ensure numeric and weighted distribution increase in the assigned territory
Key Skills:
- Monitor ASE/ISR productivity and adherence to Beat Plan & PJP
- Implement of all Trade Promotion & merchandising (Visibility) programs effectively
- Monthly Sales forecasting with analysis of historic sales data, trade inputs, sales trends and target.
- Key Accounts Management
- Feedback on Competition pricing and other strategic changes
- Prepare and submit reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information as per Management requirement
