Area Sales Executive (2-4 yrs)
To lead the distributor/organization team in deploying company strategies to address local business needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the Distributor/Dealer Network
- Reporting on a daily/Weekly & Monthly Basis
- Secondary Sales Plan & Achievement
- To ensure the availability, visibility, displays of our entire range of our products
- To expand the horizontal and vertical distribution of our products
- To ensure the smooth operation in distribution of products
- To ensure the smooth execution of different promotional activities required to conduct time to time
- Identify gaps & growth opportunities through market trends and competitor activities
- To ensure the market vigilance to update knowledge about any new changes/entries/exists etc
- Handling new product launch & tracking business and Market share for them
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS Knowledge :
- Good knowledge of industry / similar products
Skills :
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle pressure
- Able to work on targets
