Chhattisgarh Outsourcing Services Private Limited is a new startup founded with Healthcare IT & Financial Consultants who have years of experience in Pharmaceutical Industry covering retail, distribution, technology and marketing expertise in order to provide platform to pharmacy owners to online sell prescribed drug/medicines to the customers/patients where authenticity and quality of medicines is guaranteed and entire transaction is transparent.

We are looking out for bright young talent, with good communication skills and eager to make a mark in the field of Sales & Marketing. The candidate would be responsible for representing the company to the client and would be responsible for the sales and marketing in the area designated.
As an area sales manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the sales operation of your company in a particular geographical area. This could well include several counties, so expect to be fairly busy.

Job Duties:
- Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products.
- Regular in contact with pharmacist to sale product.
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
- Servicing the needs of your existing customers.
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole.
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
- Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
- Compiling and analysing sales figures.
- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself.
- Collecting customer feedback and market research.
- Reporting to senior managers.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan .
- Maintains and expands customer base; building and maintaining rapport with customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
- Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
- Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
