Job Role :
Will have Team of Relationship Managers
Territory : Gurgaon
Main Responsibilities :
- Achieving Sales Target.
- Ensure productivity and efficiency norms are adhered in terms of deployment
- Regular training and motivation for the team.
- Timely delivery of disbursal targets.
- Aggressive and go getter
- Good Knowledge of market demographics
Job Qualifications : Graduate + MBA (preferably)
Total Exp: 5+ years into Sales (preferably - Financial Services/ Assets)
Functional Skill Sets :
- Should have team handling experience.
- Should have a good product understanding.
- Should be able to see the big picture & is creative.
- Should be strong in verbal & written communication.
- Should be well versed with Demographics
Places to look at : Assets (Credit Cards/ Loans)/ Insurance/ Current Account Saving
