Area/Regional Sales Manager - Retail (10-20 yrs)
- Handling In & Out Operations of the existing stores.
- Planning for New Franchisees and New Stores with analysis of the market trend.
- Handling MBO Business in new locations in entire South and existing locations.
- Appointing Distributors for entire South and analysing the performance oTaking care of staff recruitment and staff training.

- Store Audits of the stores and to see to that the Pilferage/Shrinkage percentage is always on the target
- Implement Cost Cutting measures
- Tracking the performance of the team on a week on week basis and preparing analysis for the same.
- Planning of Profit & Loss of the business.
- Training of staff on Personal Development Programme, Customer Service and Business Development.
- Maintain strict quality compliance in terms of Stocks, Billing, etc.
- Visual Merchandising of stores as per the standards of the brands.
- Handling Franchisee Business
