We are looking out for Regional Mgr/Area Mgr for Delhi/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Mumbai/MP locations

2) Role- Regional/Area Manager

3) Location- Mumbai /Delhi/Bangalore/Hyderabad/MP

4) Experience -Over 5 years of relevant experience in FMCG Sales (Institutional or Distribution network)

The JD is as follows-

Support the HOD in executing strategies by implementing action plans. Ensure the company's competitive edge by proactively exploring new business opportunities, identifying new partners, and developing a robust distribution network including appointing dealers and distributors to enhance business volumes and profitability. Additionally, ensure timely supplies to customers and efficient management of key stakeholders-internally and externally.

1. Key Responsibilities :

- Business Development and Growth Strategy Implementation

- Implementation of business growth strategy focused on revenue/profit generation and customer satisfaction.

- Identify potential customers across assigned regions/markets, and establish a supply chain for the appointment of distributor and retailer.

- Research and tap into new/potential business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, clients, partnerships or opportunities for products, and services in existing markets

Lead Generation :

- Generate leads, cold call prospective clients through the team, and seek out appropriate contacts within the potential organizations., arrange business meetings with prospective clients. Negotiation and deal closure and contract Management

- Evaluate partners' needs and goals, examine risks and potentials, and develop negotiation strategies by studying the integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations

- Develop and negotiate contracts and integrate contract requirements with business operations by working with cross-functional teams.

- Close new business deals and seek HOD approvals for implementation.

- Market Expansion, product diversification and customer relationships

- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in both international and domestic markets for Specialty Butter & Fats

- Provide real-time feedback and support post-sale to maintain customer satisfaction and long-term relationship

- Plan and organize events such as exhibitions, dealer-distributors meetings etc to enhance customer engagement networking for brand and business promotion.

- Industry awareness, networking and people management

- Stay informed on industry trends and changes by participating in relevant events and sessions that enhance awareness and builds customer loyalty.

2. Key Deliverables/Key Result Areas

- Development and execution of plans in alignment with growth strategies for the assigned key accounts

- Regional market penetration through the appointment of distributors/retailers

- Explore new business opportunities in the domestic markets, generate leads and accomplish conversions

- Initiation of negotiation and contacts with potential clients

- Plan and execute brand /business promotion strategies for leads /new business and networking

- Foster and strengthen client relationships through networking, feedback and complaint resolution.

- Training, coaching and mentoring of teams for professional development and growth

Business Development :

- Existing& new markets, Increase in sales revenue by a targeted % (YoY) ,Growth in new business opportunities (Leads vs. conversion)

- Revenue growth from new markets(Existing vs. new Market Revenue ratio)

- Number of new dealers and distributors appointed

Unique Knowledge and Skills :

- Special technical skills & knowledge needed for the satisfactory performance of the job

- Experience in dealer and distributor channel management

- Product and service expertise- Experience of working in the Oils & specialty Fats

- Strong business acumen and understanding of similar product ranges and their potential markets

- Collaborative mindset to align sales and marketing efforts.

- Experience in driving sales growth through distribution strategies
