Area Manager/Team Leader - Telesales - Insurance (3-8 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Candidate should be able to handle a team.
- Should have good team handling skill, and should be from Insurance Tele-sales background.
- Must be a target oriented leader, maintain defined Service Level Agreement(SLA), and should have good knowledge on call quality attrition and shrinkage
- Must have good hands on Microsoft office tools, and experience on any call center dialer will be an added advantage
- To lead the team, focused on delivering core metrics of productivity and quality. Should be responsible for planning, assigning and directing work.
- Driving daily target of the team
- Driving the KRA for the team as well as themselves
