Qualification: 12th or Any Graduation
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Leverage your FMCG sales expertise to identify and acquire FMCG clients requiring business loans.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement field sales strategies to meet and exceed business loan targets.
- Lead Generation: Build a robust pipeline of prospective FMCG clients through market research, networking, and referrals.
- Product Promotion: Educate FMCG clients about our business loan offerings and assist them in selecting the most suitable options.
- Field Visits: Conduct regular client meetings to understand their business needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and high client satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends and competition to identify new opportunities in the FMCG segment.
Requirements Key Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of the FMCG sector and its business dynamics.
- Proven track record in field sales, preferably with experience in selling financial products such as business loans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Strong negotiation skills and problem-solving attitude.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
