Position Title: Area Manager/Senior Field Sales Manager

CTC: 10-12 LPA

Exp: 7-8 Yr

Location: Delhi

Working Mode: Onsite

Primary Skill: Business loans, FMCG sales

Qualification: 12th or Any Graduation

Key Responsibilities :

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management : Leverage your FMCG sales expertise to identify and acquire FMCG clients requiring business loans.

Sales Strategy Execution : Develop and implement field sales strategies to meet and exceed business loan targets.

Lead Generation : Build a robust pipeline of prospective FMCG clients through market research, networking, and referrals.

Product Promotion : Educate FMCG clients about our business loan offerings and assist them in selecting the most suitable options.

Field Visits : Conduct regular client meetings to understand their business needs and provide tailored financial solutions.

Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and high client satisfaction.

Market Analysis : Stay updated with industry trends and competition to identify new opportunities in the FMCG segment.

Requirements :


Key Skills and Competencies:

- Strong understanding of the FMCG sector and its business dynamics.

- Proven track record in field sales, preferably with experience in selling financial products such as business loans.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence decision-makers.

- Ability to work independently, with a proactive and results-driven approach.

- Strong negotiation skills and problem-solving attitude.

- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
