SALARY: Rs. 4.2LPA To Rs. 5.2LPA

EXPERIENCE : Minimum Of 6-8 Years Practical Experience In Sales Of Consumer Appliances Company Of Repute Of Which At least 5 Years As Senior Executive.

QUALIFICATION : Graduation/Post Graduation/Diploma in HVAC Domain.

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE :

Key role is to manage all functional aspects of Sales for the

Product- Entire Air conditioning range, Split AC & Window Ac, Light commercial air conditioning products.

SPECIFICALLY, THE POSITION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR :

1. Enhance AC Business & team performance levels by establishing, expanding & monitoring network & sales across the Region for all channels namely B2B & B2C.

2. Building & Executing Strategies to expanding business network through Dealers, Distributors & Trade Partners.

3. Executing business process & policies.

4. Measuring efficiency of Business Partners.

5. Strategizing as per Target Customer insight

6. Deployment of Business Targets & Achievement

7. Strong control on Collection & outstanding

8. Execution of Local Marketing Plans

9. Regulate Branch Expense

10. Facilitate Service Network Development & Management

11. Model-wise Stock & Inventory Management

12. Provide timely feedback for product quality improvement.

KEY CAPABILITIES :

Must Have Knowledge Of :

- Must have extensive Product & Sales knowledge of AC products.

- Must have AC Industry & Market expertise.

- Updated knowledge of Trade Partners & their expectations from the principle brand.

Skills :

- Strongly logical and results focused, able to develop and use metrics for measurement of Sales.

- Articulate and polished communicator, able to make presentations at every level, both internally and externally

- Strong Negotiation competency and convincing power.

- High level of personal integrity and a leadership style that supports attainment of respect and credibility by others.

- Attention to detail & Strong Analytical skills.

- Skill of managing people.

ABILITIES :

- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities like Team capability & competence development, Customer Relationship Management, etc.

- Ability to work with people of all levels within the organization

- Ability to understand the business and key drivers

- Must have an ability to multi-task.
