Area Manager - Sales - Utensils & Kitchen Products (3-8 yrs)
Our client deals in the premium utensils and kitchen products :
- Able to make market strategy and sales strategy and implement it.
- Able to prepare long term sales scheme and implement and review.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.
- Manage of enquiries / leads, conducting regular follow up of the entire team.
- Provide quotations & commercial negotiation, tracking orders, communication with internal departments.
- Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products.
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Setting sales targets for individuals and your team as a whole.
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself.
- Collecting customer feedback and market research.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
- Responsible for achieving target for the Annual Operation Plan of the company.
- Responsible for recruitment of the team and productivity for the same.
Requisite Skills :
- The successful candidate shall be an energetic, effective, self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills who is able to excel in an Indian sales environment.

- Ability to take performance under pressure and achieve targets regularly.
