Area Manager - Sales - Real Estate (7-10 yrs)
Sales Strategy & Planning :
- Implement business plan & sales strategy align with regional business plan to achieve sales objective in assigned territory.
- Strategy and action plan for Sales through of our products to Architects/Developers/Retailers/Consultants.
Sales Management :
- Achievement of sales targets in assigned territories through continuous development of business and new opportunities.
- Manage districts sales through Sales executive and support promotions & campaigns for ensuring reach of the product to potential market.
- Develop new product & solution to meet the needs of current market situation.
Projects Sales & Channel Sales Management :
- Maintain strong and healthy business relations with Architects, Builders/Developers, Contractors/ Applicators
- Specification of the products and system solutions in projects as per company standard and guideline.
- Responsible for driving indirect sales through managing a portfolio of Channel Partners. Identify gaps and improve performance of CP's.
- Develop new Channel Partners and retailers across assigned territories.
- Administer joint marketing campaigns, strategic communication with channels and proactively resolve channel conflicts.
- Visit retail outlets regularly to monitor implementation of sales and promotional initiatives.
- Follow up with prospects (customers/project enquiries) for closure of sales.
Market Intelligence :
- To gather and compile local competition data and market information on monthly basis as per company requirements.
- Review competitor's pricing, promotional material & local coverage and give feedback to Manager on market trend.
Training & Support :
- Arrange training program for contractors and channel partners jointly with solution team.
Reporting :
- Present & Update sales report on daily/weekly basis to Management
