Area Manager - Sales - Pharmaceutical Business (10-15 yrs)
Job Summary :
The Area Manager oversees the operations, sales, and performance of the pharmaceutical business within a designated area. This role involves managing a team, driving sales growth, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical market and a proven track record in sales and management.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales and Business Development :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals within the area.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and healthcare professionals.
Team Management :
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 5/6 MRs to achieve performance targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Operational Oversight :
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the area.
- Manage budget, forecast sales, and prepare financial reports for the area.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
Market Analysis :
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to drive strategy.
- Adapt strategies to meet changing market conditions and customer needs.
Customer Focus :
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Profile Required :
- 2/3 Yrs Managerial Experience
- Preferably similar territorial experience
- Salary Offered : Negotiable based on your current CTC.
