Area Manager - Sales - Pharma (5-10 yrs)
Qualification: Any Degree (B Pharma & M Pharma Preferable)
Experience: Minimum 5-10 Years in the Pharmaceutical/Surgical Industry.
Excels at selling intangible solutions into the B2B market
Description:
- Demonstrated ability to hire high-performing sales team and strong ability to coach them to higher performance
- Ability to accurately forecast future sales volumes and excels at selling intangible solutions into the B2B market
- Accountable for achieving sales goals with through the acquisition and development of new customers and expansion of the product
- Schedules appointments for a medium territory/client base (doctors) and meets with new and existing customers, seeking to expand the business market share
- Making presentation to the clients to make them interested about the surgical product
- Product promotion activities, negotiates, close the orders and prepares quotes.
- Informs company activities or competitive intelligence in the field to assist in business and product planning
- Reviews own sales performance against objectives and adjust focus as indicated to achieve sales goals
- Must have excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills.
- Strong verbal and statistical skills. Exceptional supervision and relationship-building abilities.
